$50 monthly/$500 Annually (up to 50 pieces of mail per month). Each additional piece will incur a per piece charge of $0.25.

- ALL documents and packages CAN be accepted.

PPC Virtual Office – Building Your Business Credit
$35 monthly/$350 Annually (up to 30 pieces of mail per month). Each additional piece will incur a per piece charge of $0.25.
- Professional Office Address
- Use of address for business license, business cards, website, etc.
- Local presence & drop off & pickup mail in Houston office
- Mailbox to mailbox service - CANNOT accept Registered Mail/Serving
- No pickup fees if pickups are scheduled during office hours.
- Oversize fees charged for packages/boxes over 12x12x12, weigh over 50lbs. (See Charges Below)
For Customer Convenience
Monthly mail forwarding to the address on file. Postal rates will apply based on carrier. However, boxes, large packages and large envelopes will need to be picked up or storage fees will apply.
Oversize Package Fees
Oversize Charges (charges are based on actual weight or dimensions whichever is greater):
- Oversize Weight is 51 lbs. and above.
- Boxes or large packages sizes 12 x 12 x 12 to 24 x 17 x 12 - $1.25 per lb.
- Boxes or large packages over 24 x 17 x 12 to 36 x 24 x 24 - $2.50 lb.
- Due to spacing, packages or boxes deem EXTRA large or oversized will incur a $6 per lb. charge and a storage fee after 5 days of $20 per day.

Requirements
- Complete the application – must include a forwarding address.
- Complete Form 1583 (1 form per person receiving mail) - Must be Notarized
- (2) Forms of Identification are Required:
- (1) Must Contain Photo & Be a Valid US State ID or Driver’s License
- Secondary identification must be acceptable per USPS guidelines (See Form for details)
- Sign Authorization Forms
